Beautiful studio less than 10 minutes from Paris, in Ivry-sur-Seine, recently renovated! Very comfortable, functional, and bright, this small studio has everything you need and will be the perfect cozy nest after a day of work, training, or sightseeing in Paris. Due to the reduced nightly rate, and in order to prevent theft and damage, we charge 10 euros on site (or 15 euros through Booking) for access to bed linens and towels. A 50 euros deposit is also required on site, which will be returned at the end of your stay if the studio is left clean and in good condition, as it was when you arrived. Vélib’ bike station 80 meters away, Metro line 7 and RER C within a 7-minute walk, Bus 132 less than a minute’s walk. All shops nearby, quiet neighborhood. This fully equipped studio is perfect for a couple.
There are all the nearby shops you might need: bakery, pharmacy, grocery stores, shopping center... The accommodation is located near the Cormailles Departmental Park. This place is ideally served by public transportation: Metro line 7 (between the stations Mairie d’Ivry and Pierre et Marie Curie, 7 minutes on foot) with direct access to: Chinatown (Tolbiac, Place d’Italie – 10 min) Latin Quarter (Panthéon, Sorbonne – 20 min) Central Paris (Notre-Dame, Rue de Rivoli, Châtelet, Louvre – 30 min) Northeast Paris (La Villette – 50 min) RER C (Ivry-sur-Seine station, 10 minutes on foot), serving destinations such as: Orly Airport, BnF François Mitterrand, Gare d’Austerlitz, Gare de Lyon, Notre-Dame, Musée d’Orsay, Eiffel Tower, etc. Bus 132 (less than a minute away, Ledru Rollin stop) goes to the François Mitterrand National Library (13th arrondissement – 10 min)
