* GITE of 30m2 * Located in the Domaine Les Hauts de Jeanvert * Park of 3 ha in the heart of a thousand-year-old vineyard. The vineyards surrounding the gîtes have been in organic transition for nearly 3 years * Shared SWIMMING POOL with view on the Tarn valley * Shared PLANCHA area * EQUIPPED KITCHEN with refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and dishes * Coffee machine and kettle at your disposal * Wood stove * TERRACE with shaded dining table * Table for your meals inside * High chair for baby * TV * WIFI * A room with double bed * Chest of drawers for storage * Linen and TOWELS are provided and neatly arranged * BATHROOM with shower * PETANQUE COURT * Shared laundry room with washing machine and drying rack Other remarks The owners live at the back of the Gite with no view or vis à vis on your space. A welcome booklet as well as documentation will be at your disposal on site. Do not hesitate to ask us for any specific request upon your arrival. Concierge services : - Breakfast - Brunch - Aperitif dinner ARRIVAL from 15H DEPARTURE until 10 am (Possible late departure only on SUNDAY)
