Apartment completely renovated in spring 2022 it will bring you comfort and functionality Located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a quiet residence, it consists of a hallway opening onto a living room facing South and West including a kitchen open to living room/living room with an extension of a pleasant balcony to admire the sunsets. A bathroom with WC and a bedroom complete this apartment Charming area at the foot of the dunes to enjoy the beaches or the waves and also surrounded by a pine forest for pleasant walks or bike rides. Come and enjoy this small family hamlet with restaurant, shop, surf and bike rental The Seignosse golf course is less than 5 minutes by car offering an 18-hole course between forest and lakes 5km away, go and taste oysters by the lake of Hossegor. Biarritz airport in 35min. Dax train station in 30min.
Enjoying the seaside since I was a child in this place of nature and softness, I came to settle with my little family in 2018. We are used to travelling and finding a nice flat for the holidays is essential for a good stay.
Forest of the moors, cycle tracks, golf, beaches, surfing, hiking, lake make up the surroundings.
