As it is not in the very centre, traffic flows smoothly all year round! - You are a 15-20 minute walk from the lively Saint-Enogat neighbourhood, where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and the superb Saint-Enogat beach. The renowned Dinard Thalasso spa is located in Saint-Enogat. - The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 20-minute walk away (in the very centre of town). If you choose to go by car, there are numerous car parks available. - Its geographical location means that you can quickly reach the main roads leading to the must-see tourist sites (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, but also neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, etc.). Transport: Private parking in the residence's garage. If you bring bicycles, you can also store them in the underground car park (private box).
