The ‘Ty Enogat’ flat consists of a lovely 23 m² living room that opens onto the lounge/dining room and kitchen. You will enjoy a beautiful, bright bedroom and a bathroom (with walk-in shower). You can also take advantage of the private underground car park in the residence. Ty Enogat combines modern comfort with tasteful décor. Every detail has been designed to offer you a warm, functional and pleasant place to stay. Ideal for a relaxing holiday or a short break in Dinard. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 23 m² living room with TV and sofa (which also serves as a double sofa bed). Direct access to the balcony. - A fully equipped kitchen with: Nespresso pod coffee machine and filter coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and direct access to the balcony. - A bathroom with walk-in shower. - A separate toilet. Outside: - A balcony accessible from the bedroom and living room facing east, equipped with a table with two chairs and two stools. As it is not in the very centre, traffic flows smoothly all year round! - You are a 15-20 minute walk from the lively Saint-Enogat neighbourhood, where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and the superb Saint-Enogat beach. The renowned Dinard Thalasso spa is located in Saint-Enogat. - The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 20-minute walk away (in the very centre of town). If you choose to go by car, there are numerous car parks available. - Its geographical location means that you can quickly reach the main roads leading to the must-see tourist sites (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, but also neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, etc.). Transport: Private parking in the residence's garage. If you bring bicycles, you can also store them in the underground car park (private box). For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Saint-Malo: 16 km - Nearest airport: Rennes: 80 km - The pier for travelling to Saint-Malo by boat is a 25-minute walk away (Cale du Bec à la Vallée)
