Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 111 m² house for rent, in a peaceful setting just above the Port du Légué in Plérin.
The accommodation comprises :
- A 30 m² living room, equipped with a television, a double sofa bed and a fireplace (wood not provided),
- A fully equipped modern kitchen
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with storage space, en-suite shower room with shower and bathroom sink.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with storage, en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with storage, en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) with storage, en-suite shower room with shower
- Two separate WCS,
- A bright, functional office area in the upstairs corridor
- A laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor
Outside:
- The large 20 m² terrace is fully equipped for outdoor meals for 10 people, with parasol, cushions, fixed and mobile outdoor lamps, and a solar garland that lights up automatically.
The little extras:
- A video projector with access to Netflix, Canal+ and other streaming services in the living room for relaxing moments
- Additional accessories: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, as well as an ironing board and iron.
- Travel guides and local information for exploring the surrounding area
- Each room has its own private shower
- An office area equipped with an RJ45 socket, allowing you to take advantage of fibre optics for efficient and stress-free teleworking

- The cul-de-sac at the entrance to the accommodation is narrow and may not be suitable for parking large vehicles.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a peaceful setting where the sound of birdsong accompanies your day. Although the dual carriageway looks close on the map, it is invisible and inaudible from the house. You will also find a number of amenities nearby: Leclerc two minutes away by car, Aldi, Picard and a bakery less than 1 minute away by car.
Activities :
Numerous water activities are available, such as windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and diving. There are also zoos, hiking trails and various cultural visits. A binder containing all the information from the tourist office is available in the accommodation.
Transport :
The courtyard has parking for up to 2 cars. Free public parking is available on the street. The house is less than 2 minutes from the RN12. The bus station serving the beach is an 8-minute walk away.
