Ce grand studio entierement équipé est joliment décoré et tres confortable. Bureau scandinave pour travailler, TV avec canal+ et Netflix, petite cuisine équipée (micro ondes, plaque à induction, bouilloire, machine à café nespresso, couverts et casseroles pour cuisiner. Grand lit double (140/200 cm) dans une alcove avec rideaux, grand canape convertible, salle de bain avec douche a l’italienne. Terrasse ombragée privative dans grand jardin partagé avec les proprietaires. Lieu calme, pleine nature. Entree independante. A 5 min de l’hyper centre à pied ou en velos. Port st sauveur et canal du midi à 2 min, 10 min du jardin de plantes.
Couple de Toulousains, Colline travaille chez Airbus et Patrice est entrepreneur.
Bas de la cote pavée, quartier place dupuy/Halle aux grains. Tres joli et calme quartier, avec jolies maisons. A 5 min du centre ville et du metro Francois Verdier.
