We have several accommodations in Seine Maritime and speak English and Spanish. We live 3 km from the URBAN house and are available for all your requests.

Property information

The URBAN house is a town house, Small but with all the comforts. It is located in a pretty village close to all the shops and all the activities of the town. You also have an SNCF train station which takes you to the center of Rouen in 15 minutes; you can very easily park thanks to the many free public car parks nearby. Due to a rather "steep" staircase, we do not accept children under 6 years old. The house is ideal for 2, however you can also stay at 4 more cramped.

Neighbourhood information

In the surroundings, auditorium, swimming pool, lake, garden, children's games, golf and all local shops. You are close to many points of interest while being in the center of a typical Norman village offering many amenities.
