Résidence L'Espinet enjoys a beautiful and peaceful location in an expansive green space. It is found on the outskirts of the charming town of Quillan. A total of 150 homes are scattered on the gently sloping, open terrain. This comfortable holiday home on the ground floor is detached and accommodates four people. From the partially covered terrace, accessible through the large patio doors, you have a view of the Pyrenees. The living room features cosy seating with a sofa and a flat screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other amenities. The house has two bedrooms. Each has two single beds, or one has two single beds and the other a double bed. In addition, the house has a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. For added convenience, there is a reliable internet connection (fibre optic).
