Spacious & beautifully located bungalow. Newly insulated keeping it cool in summer & warm in winter. 1 bedroom with 2 sets of adult bunk-beds, well-equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area. Shower room with vanity and loo. In summer use of a small dipping pool & BBQ. Off road parking for a car, van or motorbikes, secure lock up for bikes, skis, sport equipment in our cellar. Near to auto-route A43/E70 Junction 26/27 to Turin. St Jean-de-Maurienne is the nearest town 5.9km, there is a well serviced train link. The following airports are within 1-2.5 hours LYON, CHAMBERY, GENEVA, TURIN.
Skiing, walking, hosting, we have a catering background. WE are on hand if there is anything you need.
250m from the bottom of the Lacets de Montvernier. Plenty of ski areas very drivable including; St François de Langchamp, Orelle station over to Val Thorens, Les Sybelles ski area, Valloire, Valmenier. For cycling, we are near to the Marmotte route, Col de Galibier, Col de Chaussy, Col de Telegraph, there is climbing in the village, swimming at the plan d'eau St Remy, Via Feratta in the village. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, banking, usual high street stores, and sport shops in St Jean de Maurienne.
