## The space Just 100 meters from the beach, in the heart of the new ""Le Saint-Louis"" residence, this superb 27 m² ground floor studio is fully equipped to offer you all the comfort you need for a successful stay. The accommodation features a bright living area with two convertible sofas (140 cm), a cozy dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals with ease. You will also find a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden and a south-facing terrace, providing a pleasant setting for relaxing moments. The natural shade of a large acacia tree will allow you to enjoy refreshing breaks, even on the sunniest days. An ideal setting for a peaceful vacation, combining modern comfort with immediate proximity to the sea.

## The neighborhood Stays in July and August: Bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.
