All equipment and room descriptions are detailed in the ad. We are available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm. Outside these hours, we are available for current bookings.

The house and its exteriors are composed as follows: Swimming pool: (732 x 366 x 132 cm) Large above-ground pool measuring 7.3 m x 3.7 m with a depth of 1.3 m. Removable ladder to prevent children from swimming without adults present. House: 170m2 on 2 floors with : -4 bedrooms (+1 extra if needed) -3 double beds (+1 extra double bed if required), 3 pull-out single beds (= 6 single beds possible) -1 shower room (Italian shower) and 1 bathroom (with bath), 2 WCs (1 separate) -1 living room and fully-equipped open kitchen opening onto a large terrace with 180° views over the park -1 laundry room -1 entrance with closet and storage space Ground floor - One bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and closet/wardrobe storage - A "dormitory" room with 3 single "nesting" beds (90x200), each of which can be unfolded to form a double bed or 2 single beds. Sleeps 6 in total + closet/wardrobe storage. - A 3rd extra bedroom (unfurnished, very basic) with a double bed (140x200). - Bathroom with bath and WC - Laundry room with all cleaning equipment and washing machine First floor: - An open-plan living room comprising: a lounge-dining room with an extendable table that can seat up to 12 people, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a 100%-equipped open-plan kitchen with plenty of storage space. The living room opens onto a large sunny terrace.
