It features a lovely, bright 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. You'll enjoy a landscaped 400 m² enclosed garden, a swimming pool and a large terrace with garden furniture. South-facing and sheltered from view, you can enjoy outdoor lunches thanks to an automated awning. Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... you name it! It's the ideal vacation spot for families and friends! All you have to do is enjoy your vacation! Exterior: - A 6x3 m swimming pool (private, heated) with secure automatic shutter. Open from June 1 to the end of September. - Terrace with awning - A beautiful 400 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
