Composed of 3 new luxury apartments, this elegant Belle Epoque Villa will seduce you with the quality of its services and its beautiful outdoor spaces. All the apartments decorated with style and refinement are fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, soundproof double-glazed windows, full kitchens, high-end bedding, linens, TV, Wifi and fiber internet connection. Two apartments each have direct access to their private outdoor spaces including terraces, patio and summer kitchen. The 1st floor apartment has a balcony with garden view and a small sea view. Parking space in the property. La Capriciosa, designed for your vacation or teleworking, is ideal for receiving couples, large or small families or groups of friends.
