The villa is located in the South of Ardèche. There is a breathtaking view of the valley of the river Labeaume and the medieval village Joyeuse. In the midst of vineyards and olive trees, you will enjoy the calmness and the comfort. Constructed on old terraces of vineyards, Joyeuse is about 1 km away. Every Wednesday morning there’s a market where you can enjoy local food and regional products. There’s a big private pool of 11x4 m, a BBQ, a private garden with aromatic herbs, and different private parking spots. During summertime, you have FREE ENTRY to the natural water park « Isla Cool Douce », one of the most beautiful beaches of the Ardeche, located in front of the famous climbing wall Cirque de Gens. You can book great canoe descends over there.

Joyeuse is well located on the border of the natural park "les Monts de l’Ardèche" and only 30 min driving from the famous Pont d’Arc and the Chauvet Cave. The place is ideal for a vacation in nature, surrounded by different rivers where you can swim. There are many outdoor activities, like canoe descends, canyoning, rock climbing, mountain bike, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, via Ferrata, etc
