## The space
Access to the entrance of the house is via a small climb through the garden:
On the ground floor, the entrance hall, with a very large mirrored wardrobe, leads to one of the 4 bedrooms of the main house as well as a studio (open only if more than 8 people):
- The room is equipped with a queen-size wooden four-poster bed (160x200cm), it offers a beautiful view of the lake.
- The large Studio has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a small living area with sofa and coffee table and a bathroom/toilet.
Access to the main floor is via a wooden staircase and leads you directly into the large main room illuminated by huge floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of the lake and the mountain.
* The kitchen area, with its large central island, has all the necessary and essential equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated hood, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, wine cellar, crockery and utensils, etc.) as well as plenty of storage.
* The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine and dryer as well as a service sink.
* The dining area is composed of a glass table and its chairs.
* The living area is composed of a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand and a television. The wood stove will warm the room in winter.
On the same level, you will access the bedrooms and bathrooms:
- A 1st bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm. This is the only room that does not have a lake view.
- A 2nd bedroom with dressing room and queen-size bed (160x200cm) with lake view
- A master suite with queen-size bed (160x200cm) with lake view, dressing room, dressing table and private bathroom with shower, bath, double sink unit and WC.
- An independent bathroom with shower and bathtub, vanity unit.
- A separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside, you will access

## The neighborhood
Le Bourget-du-Lac is a charming village bordering the magnificent Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, supporting a wide variety of water activities: sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, pedal boats, diving, etc... You will be close to the mini-golf course and the tennis club. The shops of the village (bakeries, mini-markets, tobacconist's shop, etc.) are 5 minutes away by car, 15 minutes on foot.
You will also be close to:
- the city of Aix-les-Bains, Riviera of the Alps, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (Club 1895) open all year round – From 15 minutes by car.
- the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, with a rich ducal past and a wide architectural heritage – From 15 minutes by car.
- the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – From 45 minutes by car.

Le Bourget-du-Lac is very well served:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network. The road network, both national and departmental, irrigates it directly, doubly linking it to Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry.
- 15/20 minutes from the stations of Aix les Bains or Chambéry, where the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or the city at different times of the day.
