The accommodation comprises - 41 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and TV - Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with washbasin - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with washbasin - Bedroom 3: two single beds with washbasin - Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 7m*3.5m swimming pool (private, unheated) open from June 1 to September 30. It is secured by an alarm to be installed by 01/06/2024. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. - A 1,700 m² private garden. The front of the house is fully fenced. The ground behind the house is not fenced. - An 18 m² east-facing terrace, bathed in sunshine all morning, with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
