- an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- one bedroom on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a second bedroom on the top floor with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a third bedroom with two single bunk beds,
- two bathrooms with walk-in shower,
- two separate toilets,
