This new house fully equipped for your comfort will offer a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Enjoy a bucolic and peaceful setting with a beautiful view of horses in their field just 1.2km from the beach.

You will find on the ground floor of this house of 150m2, a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious and bright living room.

The house is equipped with wifi, a smart TV, a vintage arcade with games 90s, as well as many board games.

On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom (bed 160x200cm) and a bathroom with separate toilet.

Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms:

3 beds 1 place of 90x200cm

1 bed 160x200cm

1 bed 160x200cm + 1 crib with bars + 1 desk

A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

The accommodation is also suitable for babies/ young children: cot, high chair, highchair, small bath, baby pot and games/ books adapted.

The house is strictly non-smoking. We are sorry not to accept our pet friends.

In the grounds of the property you can park your vehicles safely and enjoy a large fenced garden.

It is also possible on request to use the Green-up terminal to recharge your electric vehicle.

You will have at your disposal a barbecue, a large garden table with umbrella, enough to spend good time outside throughout the day thanks to the south-west exposure.

Bed linen is not included in the reservation but available on request.
