Our Belle Epoque style Niçoise villa, newly restored and modernized, surrounded by its landscaped garden, has been designed to provide you with all the comfort you hoped for so that you have a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur. The Villa Le Nid hosts 8 very bright T2 Duplex apartments on 3 levels, in a mini loft style. Each apartment benefits from air conditioning, optimized insulation, double-glazed aluminum windows and Nice shutters. Very high speed fiber internet access These completely new apartments are real little gems, with personalized decoration. The ground floor is designed for the apartments: Rubis, Agate, Topaze, Saphir, each has independent access. The upper floor is served by a common area before leading to the Emeraude, Jade, Ambre and Diamant apartments. Villa le Nid offers you, within its landscaped garden, different spaces nestled in the heart of the vegetation, tables and deckchairs, to relax…

Neighbourhood information

The Villa is ideally located in the center of Nice, in the Libération district, close to Bas Cimiez. In the immediate vicinity of means of transport: Tram (Libération stop) and bus. You will reach Nice Ville train station in 5 minutes on foot. Place Masséna and Old Nice are 3 stations or 15 minutes away on foot, just behind is the Promenade des Anglais. The very lively Libération district is sought after by the people of Nice for its daily market, its shops and small restaurants. There are numerous nearby cultural and tourist attractions: Matisse and Chagall museums, Cimiez monastery and arena garden, the Russian Orthodox cathedral. Want a getaway outside of Nice? The car is not necessary, the immediate proximity to the different means of transport will allow you to easily discover the entire region. By train you will have easy access to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco (20 minutes by train). The Provence railway company also serves the hinterland as far as Digne. Italy is only a few steps away (40 minutes by train). By bus, you can reach typical villages like St Paul de Vence.
