The dining room opens onto the living room, which has a large sofa and television for your comfort and relaxation. TERRACE & GARDEN Accessible from the dining room, you will have access to a large 100m2 terrace equipped with a barbecue and two large garden tables for a pleasant meal in the sun. Ideal for having fun with family or friends, you'll find a 50 m2 outbuilding in the garden, equipped as a games room with table football, a dart board, a sofa and 2 coffee tables. A spare fridge is also available in the outbuilding. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker (filter required), Nespresso coffee maker (capsules required), waffle maker, toaster, kettle and crockery for 15 people.
