House near the owners. * Entrance. Living room (lounge and dining area) with terrace access and a large fully equipped open kitchen. * Two bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140*190. * A bedroom with 2 single beds and a small adjoining bathroom. * Shower room. Separate WC. * A large basement room with a laundry area, billiards, table tennis, separate WC. * Closed garage. * Spa/hot tub available from the beginning of May to the end of September included in the price of the stay, outside of these periods, an extra (100 euros) will be charged if you wish to benefit from it. * Pétanque court 13m x 4m. Table tennis. * Charges included. Bed and bathroom linen included. Cleaning charges NOT included if you don't do it yourself (extra 70 euros).
