Welcome to our charming holiday home in Sainte-Maxime, where comfort meets the beauty of nature. This house offers ideal space for families or friends, with spacious rooms and a fantastic shared pool. - Just a five-minute drive to the beach. - Enjoy a lovely garden with mountain views. - Access to a shared swimming pool, open from May 10th to September 30th. Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 2.16 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Additional information : - Please note that cleaning is included in the price. - Guests should bring their own linens (15 euros per person) and towels (5 euros per person) or can rent them on-site. - A tourist tax of 2.16 euros per person per night is payable at check-in. - From October to the end of May, you must pay for electricity consumption of 0.18 euros/kwh. - Pets are allowed upon prior request for an additional fee of 70 euros per stay.
