Renovated villa, tastefully furnished 15 minutes from Bastia and 10 minutes from the beaches of La Marana. Very bright and sunny, in a really quiet area, you will enjoy its garden and terrace, equipped with a barbecue, and with a view to the sea, to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. On one level, on a fenced plot, (electric gate) and flowered of 1200m2, the house is equipped with air conditioning and WIFI. Ideally located, near the airport (10km) and the port (16km) of Bastia, you can quickly reach all Corsica and enjoy the geographical assets of the Bastia region. The villa is of type F3 (100 m²) Terrace of 30m2 with barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine, dryer. Living room with a flat screen TV. Two bedrooms with beds in 140X190 cm. It’s a powder room. Separate toilet. Sheets and towels provided. Private and secure parking. Deposit: 1000 euros to pay on the day of your arrival and return at the end of your stay.
