Property information

Beautiful stone house on a big wooded property of 5000 m2, near the village of Corbara. U Laziu Villa has a wonderful appearance, it’s a typical corsican « Paghjaghju », an old sheepfold converted into a dwelling house. The walls and the stone vault inside are in the original condition and you will enjoy the authenticity of the building. The big terrace with clear view, and the garden in restanques will allow you to enjoy the quiet and the sweetness of the corsican climate. The village of Corbara is 2 min away and Ile-Rousse is 10 min away by car. The area of the house is 90m2 and there is : - a stay/lounge with flat TV, a kitchen area with microwaves, induction hob, diswasher, washing-machine, oven… - 1 bedrooms with bed in 160x200cm - a bathroom in the bedroom with shower and WC - a separate WC
