Villa was built in the 1950s and finished in 1960 by architect Maurice Novarina, elected to the "Beaux Arts" academy in Paris. The house was labeled 20th century heritage by the Ministry of Culture. We have maintained the mid-century modern architecture and furniture of the villa. The wide pivot doors, the bathroom tiles by Gisele Pinsard ("4 Potiers"), or the white clinic-style cabinets in the kitchen are a few examples.

The house is located 300 meters from the Hotel Royal park. Hotel Royal is a 5-star palace hotel in Evian in the "Belle Epoque" style. When you walk to the Evian main street, you pass by the Source Cachat, where the Evian mineral water spring.
