Spacious apartment for 7 people, 2 steps from the beach, right in the center of Villers-sur-mer, with breathtaking panoramic view from the terrace, where you can admire the 360-degree panorama of the whole village and the sea. The beach is directly accessible via a private road, where you can park your car free of charge. You'll live in the heart of a historic village typical of Norman architecture, with its shops, restaurants, market and numerous sports and leisure activities (casino, cinema, sailing club, kids' club...). Everything is within walking distance, so there's no need to take your car. The apartment's 4 exposures and high ceilings flood the living space with light, so there's nothing to overlook and an uninterrupted view. You can see from everywhere and no one can see you! It comprises a living room opening onto a large terrace overlooking the village, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven, freezer, etc.) opening onto the dining room facing the sea, 2 bedrooms with storage space, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry room with washing machine. Everything has been thought of for a successful stay in this rental, renovated last year, tastefully decorated and benefiting from all comforts such as high-speed Wifi, Sony 4K TV, cable channels, home cinema, games console... At your convenience, and for an additional fee to be paid on arrival at the latest, we can provide additional services such as towels and sheets, baby cots and housekeeping on departure. Pets will also be charged extra. Please contact us, by reservation only, for prices and options.

Neighbourhood information

You'll live in the heart of a historic village typical of Norman architecture, with its shops, restaurants, market and numerous sports and leisure activities (casino, cinema, sailing club, kids' club...). Everything is within walking distance, so there's no need to take your car.
