Gite ‘Vue Lacustre’ is totally independent and on the ground floor of the owners house. It has recently been renovated.
There is a lounge, kitchen dining room with modern kitchen, fridge/ freezer, gas/ electric cooker and dishwasher. Including flat screen English & French TV.
The shower room is separate to the wc. The double bedroom has a king size bed with side tables. There is also a dressing room with wardrobe and mirror.
Outside there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture to the front and side of the with beautiful views of the lake & mountains.
We welcome you to our gite but live privately on the upper floors. We enjoy boating, paddle boarding and swimming on the lake.
We are in a very tranquil setting in the hills above lake Leman/ Geneva between Thonon Les Bains & the spar town of Evian.
From the gite which is set on a private road we have spectacular views of the lake and across to the mountains of Switzerland and is only 9 minutes drive to ‘Evian Resort Golf Club’
