Chez Charly! Conveniently located off the motorway, near local amenities for all your shopping needs. In the peaceful and relaxing village of Nébian, in the heart of Hérault district. Surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and peaches tree. 10 minutes away from the Salagou lake, about 15 minutes to the Hérault river and 35 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Vias. 3 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, large open kitchen on dining and living room and its patio for bbq nights
Located in the village street near the church, quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. There are two village roads that lead to the house from the D609. You can park your car in front of the house garage.
