Come and relax in "l'Instant Parfait", a Provencal oasis surrounded by centuries-old oak trees, easily accessible and just a 4-minute drive from the heart of Aix-en-Provence, the starting point for all your southern adventures.
From France. Just love travelling again and again. Openminded.
Situated on the Puyricard plateau, the houses are spaced out. There's no risk of your neighbor watching you. The neighborhood is generally very quiet. Of course, there are always parties in the summer. If you walk around the property, you can quite easily see Mount Sainte Victoire. The villa is bordered by the route de Puyricard. The noise from the cars is therefore noticeable, but less so in summer, and is screened by the pine and oak hedges. The location is extremely easy to get to, less than two minutes from the motorway exit. There is ample parking on the property. If you have an electric vehicle, you could even consider a quick charge at the charging point. The town centre is a three-minute drive away, and for those who prefer not to drive into town, there is a bus stop in front of the property.
