This buzzing market town offers impressive medieval architecture, a river front location and a whole array of attractions, activities and eateries to suit all ages and tastes. Known for its 6 annual antique fairs, attracting visitors from all over, there's a diversity of year-round antique, interior and homeware shops for visitors to browse. The quality and range of fantastic restaurants and coffee shops should please even the most discerning tastebuds and there's no shortage of spots by the river to relax with a drink or two. The castle is well worth a visit and for those with some interest the Air Museum and the Civil War Centre are a perfect day's outing.
