This 1 bedroom ground floor apartment has been refurbished and maintained to a high standard, specifically to welcome guests to Weymouth by myself and my husband Mark, who has been a builder for 30+ years. Although we do not advertise that the apartment is suitable for disabled guests, there are no steps into or inside the property; and it is within easy walking distance (approx. 3 minutes) from Weymouth train station. Weymouth's Blue Flag beach is across the road, along with a multitude of restaurants, takeaways and pubs. The accommodation comprises of a well equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar and stools. A cosy lounge leads onto a double bedroom and a recently refurbished shower room. There are a couple of camping chairs and a windbreak in the cupboard which you are welcome to take onto the beach.
Mark and myself have been married...for ever! The apartment was our 1st holiday let in 2017, we now have 3(l think it's becoming an obsession!) We have 3 teenage children, 3 dogs, a cat and a chicken (the chicken is definitely the boss!) We have both lived in Weymouth all our lives and our happy to recommend places to visit and eat in the area. As you can imagine we don't have a lot of free time; but my favorite pastime is walking the dogs on the beach and on the many coastal paths in the area. We also all enjoy cooking together, barbecuing when the weather allows...with a glass of wine, of course!
