Modern 1 bed apartment with bluetooth speakers through out, open plan kitchen lounge tiled through out, built in fridge frezer, washing machine, dish washer, gas hob and electric oven. Futon sofa bed in lounge. Bedroom comes witha doube bed, open wardrobes and french door leading to a private glass balcony area. parking strach cards will be provided with every night booked.
love property development, this renovation was actually done for me to live in myself so done to a very high spec. Born in portsmouth so know the local area very well.
The property is 2 mins walk from Fratton train station 2 mins walk from Asda 20 min walk to town centre and 20 min walk to the sea front
