1 Fishermans Hill, a single-storey lodge consists of an open-plan kitchen and sitting room with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a table seating four. The sitting area has a Smart TV and electric fan heater, as well as a separate snug with additional seating. The bedrooms consist of a zip/link double room, and a master king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower, Smart TV and a private terrace. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, wraparound decking with furniture and a hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome, but smoking is not permitted. WiFi, bed linen, towels, fuel, power and gas central heating is all included. You’ll find the closest shop in 7 miles, and a pub and restaurant in 0.2 miles. Note: No stag dos, hen dos or other parties. Note: No children allowed. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. 1 Fishermans Hill is an ideal base in the Scottish Lowlands.
