The property is situated in a quiet lane with very little through traffic so nothing to disturb a peaceful stay. No. 17 has a secured private driveway with parking for 2 cars. The house is very tastefully decorated to a high standard with a top quality sofa set and beds, we believe our guests are coming to relax and its very important to us that they leave feeling refreshed and happy with their stay. The house is kept immaculately clean as you can see from our reviews. We are very proud of our high rating and fully intend to keep it that way.
Rosita and I set were married in July 2019 we love travelling and adventures. We are keen hikers and enjoy regular visits to the peak and Lake District. We enjoy sporting events and occasions and love watching international rugby. Rosita loves all things beauty and has a great eye for interior design. I enjoy golf but never get the time.....maybe one day.
Winnowsty lane is on the same level as the cathedral and the castle it is literally a stones throw away. Taking less than a 5 minute walk our door to the Cathedral. The neighbourhood is very quiet and yet just 7 minutes walk away are the busy bars , restaurants and boutiques of Uphill Lincoln.
