Helpful, friendly and will do whatever I can to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I am very particular regarding cleaning. All laundry is washed at 60 degrees centigrade. All surfaces, bathroom, floors, furnishings are cleaned/sterilised to the highest standard. I will not be hosting any same day or next day bookings for the for the foreseeable future. I am very aware of the infection concerns and all social distancing measures will be adhered to. I will meet guests in person where possible.

Spacious apartment in the quiet village of Blackburn, 8 miles from the centre of Aberdeen and approx. 4 miles from Aberdeen Airport. Regular bus service to Aberdeen, Inverurie and Dyce Airport with a bus stop just outside the development. Fully equipped with washer/Dryer, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, TV and Fast Fibre WiFi. The bathroom is recently renovated with overhead walk in shower. New flooring throughout and exclusive parking space with its own entrance door. Thoroughly cleaned.

A short drive to Aberdeen city. Good bus links from just outside the development to Aberdeen. Blackburn has a community centre with a gym, a Starbucks, a convenience store, a pharmacy, post office and a bar/restaurant. Close to Bus Stop. Good transport links.
