No dogs allowed - 2 bedrooms – 1 super-king zip-and-link bedroom (can be made into a twin room on request), 1 twin zip-and-link bedroom (can be made into a super-king bed on request) - 1 bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower, and WC - Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer - Travel cot and highchair available on request - Smart TV in the lounge - Enclosed rear gravelled courtyard with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ - To the front is a lawn area which you are welcome to use but is not enclosed (pet owners are politely asked to keep dogs on a lead due to sheep, cattle and horses in adjacent fields) - Parking for 2 cars with level access from the parking area B - each 8 miles, shop 2.5 miles, pub less than 1 mile - Private water supply - Lower Yeoland Barn (code 60511) is located 200 yards away sleeping 6 guests (book at additional cost) Ideal for booking alongside for larger group getaways
