1 dog allowed per booking - 2 bedrooms on the first floor - 1 double and 1 twin - 1 shower room with WC on the ground floor - Electric double oven and hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - Wood burner - main source of heating, logs provided - Electric panel heaters/towel rail in all rooms excluding lounge and kitchen - TV in lounge with Chromecast - Bluetooth speaker   - Staircase to first floor is fairly steep and winding but is fully carpeted with a grab rail - Due to the age of the property there are some low doorways - 2 dogs allowed - downstairs only, not permitted in bedrooms - There will be a decorated Christmas tree for Christmas and New Year bookings - Off-road parking for 2 cars - no commercial or large vehicles without prior consent - Stairgate provided - Outside tap in the rear courtyard - Beach 9 miles, shop 3 miles, pub 20 minute walk away
