Please contact us if you have specific requirements. • There are many small winding streets in and around the village that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village.Beach, pub and shops within walking distance  • Please note that there is no private outdoor space with this property
