Just 25x mins walk from both the railway station and village centre proper, where you can find your favourite local shops, amenities, bakeries and eateries. The local supermarket, Sainsbury's Local, is walkable in 23x mins or Little Waitrose can be found a short 6x mins drive away. In close proximity to the former in the village centre, one can also find our favourite café, "Quaich" where a good Full English breakfast is never too far away whilst "the bakery" is right next door for many a pastry treat! The village also offers Indian, Chinese & Thai restaurants/takeaways, a pharmacy, convenience stores/gift shops, estate/letting agents, a post office, barbers, butchers, dry cleaners and a wine shop as well as some charity shops to boot. And worth the mere 3x mins drive, is our favourite pub; "The King William Ⅳ Pub", a cosy traditional English affair that serves a hearty Sunday roast - a fine drinkery and eatery!
