Welcome to our cozy & stylish family home in the heart of Warrington! Enjoy a modern stay with all the amenities you'll need. Great location, within walking distance to the town centre with restaurants, cafes, pubs, supermarkets, train stations and the Warrington Golden Square Shopping Centre. Proximity to amenities & motorway. After a day of exploring, craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen and relax in style! LAYOUT The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (on the ground floor), a kitchen/dining space, and a separate lounge area. This property also has a paved backyard. The 2 bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed each, also the sofa in the living room could be converted into a single bed. We could host up to 5 people. Fresh clean towels are provided along with free toiletries; shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap etc.

Neighbourhood information

A very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Within walking distance, you could reach Thai street food, Chinese takeaway shops, KFC, Lidl, fine dining restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs. It's very centrally located, perfect for weekend getaways or as a base to travel across Manchester/Liverpool/Chester and many other surrounding areas.
