Welcome to the Fox Apartments, once the stabling for the former Wheatland Fox Coaching Inn and today a perfect base to visit the Ironbridge Gorge and the Shropshire Hills. Flat 2 is on the first floor with its own ground level entrance and is available for up to 4 guests, having 2 double rooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with twins. Free private parking, proximity to medieval Much Wenlock‘s visitor attractions, shops and restaurants and comfortable modern facilities all add up to the ideal short stay location for families, friends or business travelers. The four room flat has a living/dining/kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, self clean oven, fridge freezer, expresso machine and 49” Smart TV. In the roomy shower room. There is under-floor heating throughout, a roomy shower and high speed broadband. Being completely on the ground floor there is access for wheel chairs straight from the car park.
You will not be seeing us as check-in and check out are achieved through a key safe with a an unlock code supplied before your arrival. True self catering.
The Ironbridge Gorge with its iconic iron bridge, renowned museums and World Heritage Site Site status is a 10min. drive from our flats in this old market town. Much Wenlock itself has much to offer visitors, young and old while Wenlock Edge and the glorious Stretton Hills are a memorable scenic drive away.
