A bright and modern top floor two-bedroom flat perfect for couples, families or friends exploring the city. It is complete with 2 x bedrooms, open-plan kitchen and living area, and bathroom with walk-in shower. IMPORTANT: accessed via 80 stairs - may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the New Town, the neighbourhood is a perfect blend of spots favoured by locals, while still being in easy walking distance of the Old Town and popular tourist attractions. In the morning, enjoy breakfast and coffee next door at Hata or cross the street for bagels and doughnuts at The Bearded Baker. Head up to Broughton St. In the evening, it is a 5-minute walk to Broughton St. where you will find popular pubs and wine bars including The Ox and Pickles. The closest supermarket is a large Tesco Superstore directly across the road (1-minute walk). It is a 25-minute walk to the Royal Mile (passing through New Town and Princes St.), or 15-minute bus journey. Although hilly, the city is best explored on foot and everything is within easy reach.
