This house in conveniently situated a short walk from the city centre, just 5 minutes walk from the central train station. It is on a quiet street away from the nightlife making it perfect for families. Also well situated for sports with the Nottingham Forest and City football grounds and Trent Bridge cricket club within a 15 minute walk.
The property features large kitchen/diner and calming living room with a spacious sofa. It benefits from an enclosed, private garden ideal for pets.
