• Please note, the property is located within a working farm so there may be livestock in the adjacent farmyard in the autumn/winter and farm vehicles using the lane at any time of year
• Please note – EV cars cannot be charged from the property under any circumstances, the nearest EV charging points can be found in nearby Charmouth, Chideock, West Bay, Bridport and Axminster
• This property can be booked with the adjoining property (subject to availability) to sleep 16 and the properties can be opened up as 1 large property on request
• Farm activities: guests are welcome to visit the main farm which is 0.75 miles away along a farm track opposite the property; here you can watch the robotic milking or meet the cows and sheep – details of how to arrange the farm visit will be in the property
• Beach 2.5 miles, shop and pub 2 miles
