No dogs allowed - 3 bedrooms - 1 super-king-size, 1 king-size and 1 twin with 3ft singles - 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath, hand held shower and WC and 1 shower room with shower and WC - Gas hob and electric oven, American fridge/freezer, larder, microwave and dishwasher - Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer - Smart TVs available in the lounge and snug - Wood burner in the snug (1st basket of logs included November to February) - Bear in mind that there are some steps and changes of level within the first floor due to the age of the property, which only adds to its character and charm, but care should be taken - Enclosed walled garden, with flower borders and lawn and a separate back gate leading onto the coastal bath towards the beach - Outdoor dining area and further south facing patio with sun loungers - Outdoor shower with hot and cold water - 2 off road parking spaces available - Beach 150m which is part of the UNESCO world heritage Jurassic Coast - Shops and pub 600m - The owner is happy for guests to depart by midday
