The Barracks sleeps eight, being a quality three bedroom house with an additional sofa bed in the lounge, with the benefit of free WI-FI and smart TV'S. It has a fitted kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay with a fridge, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus a separate dining room with table and chairs. This house is perfect for families, groups of leisure guests or anyone working in or near the dockyard . One bedroom has a zip and link bed that can either be made up as single beds or zipped together to form a queen size double. The second bedroom is a twin room and the final bedroom is a bunk bed room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet downstairs. This property has been newly refurbished with a brand new kitchen in 2023.

Located within a residential area close to the Dockyard in Plymouth. The property is located approx 2 miles from the City Centre, yet with its ease of access to the A38 it offers great road access both into Cornwall and further into Devon.
