Enjoy an architect designed stylish space at the heart of Chichester city center - yet positioned in a quite rural feel lane. Centrally located so walking to all major City Centre venues such as the Chichester Festival Theatre and Pallant house art gallery and restaurants/cafes. A short walk to the canal that leads to the marina and if adventurous the coast. Great restaurants and beautiful parks to explore. the house has a high level of specification and has won architectural and heritage awards.
Hi, I am an architect who grew up in Chichster where I have designed my own houses in the City centre with a plot that feels rural. The best of both worlds. I have 3 children, all grown up and now work some of my time in London on national and international design projects. I enjoy everything that Chichester has to offer where this unique City has inspired so many of my generations in the arts. The lane my houses are on was named after my father who was a local artist.
