This modern bungalow is a perfect getaway for a family of up to 6 (+ 1 infant in travel cot) or even a romantic getaway for a couple looking for that little bit more space, offering all you need for a memorable holiday including your own Covered private hot tub! The space The bungalow, which has been stylishly furnished, is situated all on one level with a single step to gain access through the front or to get into the large fully enclosed garden. It consists of a bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner so whether you are kicking back for the night using the smart tvs provided to watch a film or rustling up a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen any time can be family time. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a single or twin room, with a travel cot provided for infants. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a bath and an over the bath Rain shower. All bedrooms have been equipped with 32” smart TV’s and there is a 50” smart TV in the lounge. High Speed (fibre) wireless internet is provided as standard as we understand that even when you want to get out in nature being connected is still important. To ensure everyone is comfortable we have also installed a smart heating system, so you can choose the temperature of each room to suit your needs. A selection of toys and books have been made available in the event the kids want something to do, there is also a highchair/booster seat and a travel cot for your convenience. And if you fancy turning the telly off for a little bit there are some games, jigsaw puzzles and books for you to get your teeth into! In the spacious fully enclosed garden (6ft fencing to the ground) perfect for dogs or kids to play in you will find a covered hot tub and garden furniture for you to enjoy. There is also storage and washing facilities for bikes and an outside dog wash (hot and cold) to clean off after those beautiful countryside walks.

Welcome to our home from home! We hope you enjoy your stay, and enjoy basking in the beautiful surroundings and nature that the Eden Valley has to offer, being situated right by the Lake District and the Pennines there is plenty to see and do. We have combined a list of things to do and there are lots of leaflets to get you started so hopefully you will love this area as much as we do! With countless walks and cycle rides to enjoy, castles and the stunning scenery you will never be short of things to do. Alternatively kick back, relax, enjoy the hot tub and chill! It's a perfect location for both! There are toys and books for the kids in the tv cabinet and the grey chest, and books and jigsaw puzzles for the adults. We want you to have a luxury experience so have provided you with luxury vegan toiletries by Faith in Nature in each of the bathrooms, enjoy! Our 4 year old son absolutely adores birds and wildlife - and you will not be disappointed! So he asked that we leave a bird feeder to keep all the visitors happy. You will find nut free food in the hallway cupboard, feel free to put some out on the feeder and enjoy all the birds and Red squirrels that come to visit. We've had everything from woodpeckers to gold crests come to visit so keep your eyes peeled! We thoroughly recommend the local pub, which has a fabulous beer garden and serves lovely food. There are also lots of places not far up the road in Appleby- in - Westmorland. And if you find new things to do, or good places to eat please let us know! The bungalow is located in the welcoming village of Bolton, Appleby - in - Westmorland which is nestled within the Eden Valley between the Lake District National Park, the North Pennines and The Yorkshire Dales National Park so you will never be short of things to see and do! There is a lovely dog friendly pub within walking distance and a short 4 mile drive to Appleby - in - Westmorland will provide access to shops such as a medium sized Co-op and a Spar and other local amenities such as takeaways and other pubs and restaurants. From Appleby- in - Westmorland you can also join the Trans Pennine Trail for a walk / cycle. Slightly further afield there is the town of Penrith where you will find larger supermarkets such as Morrisons and Sainsbury’s, there is also a leisure centre with swimming pool and many other things to see and do or even do a spot of shopping.
