I have been hosting for two years and my sole concern is that my guests are comfortable and that my properties are spotlessly clean. I want to achieve top reviews so guest comfort and satisfaction is my number one priority.

Spacious three (double) bed house only a fifteen-minute walk from the iconic city centre. The house is newly painted with a modern kitchen. There is a sitting room and separate dining room and lots of storage. The house is private and solely for your use. There is a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine cooker, iron and ironing board and all necessary kitchen utensils to make your stay as comfortable a possible. There is back yard area if you want to sit out (but judging by our weather you may not want to very often!). Parking is free on the street.

The area is a safe, family-orientated series of terraced houses. About two minutes away, there are a multitude of shops, restaurants, barbers, hairdressers, and many more. It is close enough for your convenience, and there is no noise or disruption. Take a ten-minute walk to the fantastic Ebrington Plaza, filled with top bars and restaurants, and then another five-minute walk over the Peace Bridge and right into the heart of the old city.
