Arranged over 3 floors this light and airy, modern, serviced townhouse is enviably located in the centre of Cheltenham. On a private, no through road, it overlooks the beautiful Montpellier Gardens and is just a short stroll from the ever-popular restaurant and shopping district. A large entrance hallway takes you through to a contemporary kitchen diner on the ground floor. With all modern appliances, sleek white gloss units and enough seating for eight to dine, the kitchen is suitable for large families and a perfect space for entertaining. Open the patio door out onto an enclosed rear paved garden and seating area, to enjoy your little piece of tranquillity in the centre of town. The living room on the second floor of the property is flooded with light and has fabulous views over the Montpellier Gardens. Guests can relax on the comfy sofas in front of a large TV and marble fireplace. The master bedroom is on the first floor, it offers a super king-size bed which can be split to make two single beds, a lovely dressing table and plenty of storage space. It is serviced by a family bathroom next door, with a bath and rainfall shower. Follow the stairs up to the top floor where you will find a further two king-size bedrooms and a double size bedroom, all serviced by another family bathroom, including bath and rainfall shower. The bedrooms at the back of the property also boast beautiful views of the park. All bedrooms have wardrobes and chest of drawers and have plenty of storage space for all your personal items. There's also a downstairs cloakroom and a large utility room - great for hanging washing and storing suitcases. The property also benefits from allocated off-street parking directly outside.

Glensanda Court is located in the heart of Montpellier, overlooking Montpellier Gardens, with both Cheltenham College and Cheltenham Ladies College within a 5-minute stroll. Along with great access to Montpellier Gardens with its children’s playground, this property is perfectly situated for a young family. Many of Montpellier’s most popular boutiques, bars and cafes are also on the doorstep. There are also easy links to the A40 leading onto the M5 and beyond. Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows. Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival. The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar. If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Cheltenham Train Station is a few minutes' drive away.
